Terms of Service

Effective date: July 8, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By submitting a form on a StayBooked landing page, or by using the StayBooked client portal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What StayBooked is

StayBooked LLC ("StayBooked") runs ad-driven landing pages that collect service requests and uses an AI assistant to call and text you to confirm the request and book an appointment. We then hand that confirmed appointment to one business ("the business") that has ordered leads through us for that service and area. StayBooked is a marketing and lead-referral service — we are not the business performing the work, and we're not a party to any agreement you make with that business.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and located in the United States to submit a request or use the portal.

4. Consent to be contacted

Submitting a request form with the consent box checked means you agree to receive calls and texts about that request, including from an automated AI assistant, from StayBooked and the business you're matched with. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or tell the calling assistant to stop calling. 5. No guarantee of the business's work

We do our best to match you with a business that services your area and request, but we don't control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, pricing, licensing, insurance, or outcome of any work performed by that business. Any dispute about the work itself is between you and the business.

6. For business clients ordering leads

• You pay only for appointments StayBooked confirms and delivers to you — a real person, verified by phone, with a job and a time on your calendar.
• If a delivered appointment turns out to be a no-show, a wrong number, or not a real job, tell us and we'll credit your order — no forms, no dispute process.
• Orders are pay-per-appointment with no long-term contract. You can stop ordering at any time; there's nothing to cancel.
• Appointments delivered to you are exclusive to your business for that campaign — we don't sell the same appointment to anyone else.

7. Prohibited conduct

Don't submit requests you don't genuinely want fulfilled, don't submit someone else's information without their consent, and don't attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with our sites or systems.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StayBooked is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
